Dear Heavenly Father...

 LEASE FORGIVE ME for my great sin against You!          

You know the struggles I have in this regard!  Please change me! Please stop me from this sin, as I cannot change otherwise!  Change my heart; change my actions and characteristics to accurately reflect my gender!  I admit my gender, and acknowledge this to You, and to the world!

Father, please give me the desires and characteristics YOU want me to have!
