Dear Heavenly Father...

hank You for Your great care for me!

Thank You, Heavenly Father, that You knew me before the very foundation of the world!  Thank You, Heavenly Father, that You have my life planned for me, including a very specific, vital ministry!  Lord, please direct me into that.  Please forgive me for my self-willed insistence on doing what pleases me!  Use me, Lord, to great effectiveness in what YOU have ordained for me!
